GROSS ENROLMENT RATE (GER) This indicator measures the general level of participation in, and the capacity of each level of the education system: Kindergarten, Elementary (Grades 1-6), Junior High School (Grades 7- 10) and Senior High School (Grades 11-12). It is the total enrolment for a particular education level, regardless of age, expressed as a percentage of the eligible official school- age population of that particular education level in a given school-year. ESP 10 MODYUL 15 & 16 CLASS SYMPOSIUM
This activity is inline with the performance standard of Grade 10 ESP subject modules for Fourth Quarter:
            MODYUL 15: MGA ISYUNG MORAL TUNGKOL SA KAWALAN NG PAGGALANG SA KATOTOHANAN
            MODYUL 16: MGA ISYUNG MORAL TUNGKOL SA PAGGAWA AT PAGGAMIT NG KAPANGYARIHAN.
The activity is designed to enhance the understanding of every Grade 10 students towards morality concerning the said laws. I personally made a letter to invite speakers from Concepcion PNP on my behalf for I know their expertise on these matters.
The symposium was conducted by SPO1 Julmar Rubio, SPO1 Benette Bation and documented by NUP Julie Porque. It started at around 1:30 PM in Concepcion National High School’s Computer Laboratory Room.
The topics discussed are: (1) Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Law, (2) Child Abuse, (3) Child Prostitution and Sexual Abuse, (4) Anti-Rape Law, (5) Child Trafficking.
The Speakers specially SPO1 Bation made a good explanation and clarification on matters concerning the topic. He is also assisted by SPO1 Rubio when it there was queries coming from the students clarifying the matter. Also NUP Porque also made reiteration of the penalties and sanctions a person who is proven guilty.
The class are very attentive to the speaker’s discussion for at the end of the symposium they are required to submit reaction paper for the said activity. The reaction paper should compose of what are the topics discussed, what do they learned, their realization and significance of the activity.
Prior to the exit of the speakers, we did several group pictures for documentation purposes.
The said activity lasted for about two (2­) hours and it concluded at around 3:30 PM.
This activity is very essential not only to Grade 10 but to each one of us since that these activities are rampant nowadays and it is unstoppable. The more technology upgrades, crimes also. So every is expected to be prepared.
