IMG Freshdesk is the IMG Customer Support Portal for IMG members and clients of IMG Solutions.  It s the ticketing system to manage your support tickets.

  1. Open your IMG portal
  2. Click on the avatar icon next to “Contact Us”

 

  1. Select “Create a Support Ticket”
